Email Key Visuals

Designed and animated high‑impact 2D/3D visuals for major marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials. From concept to final render, these assets strengthened Sberbank’s brand presence across digital channels, delivering clear messaging with engaging motion to capture user attention and drive campaign performance.

Email Design

Led the end‑to‑end design of responsive, targeted email campaigns for Sberbank’s key services. Developed a scalable template system and personalized layouts that adapted to different audience segments, ensuring clarity, brand consistency, and high engagement across all devices. Each design was optimized for deliverability, readability, and conversion.

Email A/B Testing

Developed and executed a systematic A/B testing strategy for email campaigns reaching tens of millions of users. Focused on optimizing variables such as subject lines, visual layouts, CTAs, and content personalization to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall conversion. This data‑driven approach enabled continuous performance improvements and more effective audience segmentation.

Email campaigns were segmented by recipient type, with each segment receiving a tailored communication approach aligned with Sberbank’s brand guidelines and internal strategic frameworks. This ensured message relevance, visual consistency, and higher engagement across diverse audience groups.

A targeted email campaign designed and tested across multiple audience segments. Variations in messaging, visual tone, and calls‑to‑action were evaluated to identify the most effective combination for each user group.

Email Development

Email coding is a distinct discipline with its own set of complex rendering challenges across different clients and devices. I addressed these through specialized tools, responsive frameworks, and battle-tested templates—ensuring pixel-perfect display and reliable performance at scale for Sberbank’s millions of subscribers.

Landing Pages & Funnel Optimization

Each email campaign was supported by a dedicated landing page, custom-designed with configured metrics and clear conversion goals. User behavior was continuously monitored and iteratively improved through A/B testing and UX refinements. This holistic funnel approach—seamlessly connecting email touchpoints to high-performing landing pages—resulted in a 10–15% increase in CTR across key campaigns.
